Snowman and bunny

I just finished these two. I know Christmas is over but  I felt like finishing this snowman. Bunny is not an ornament he just sits or hops. He's aged and worn looking. I was wondering all you artists out there what do you used for aging an item? I just used watered down brown paint.
I hope to get a few more springy things finished. I am also working on Halloween again. Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday!

Spring has Sprung it's time to Celebrate

I'm so happy that Spring has arrived! It was such a very long winter. I'd like to introduce the last of my Spring ornaments. Disguised Bunny Carrot thinks he can fool the real Easter Bunny! His goal is not to get eaten. Bunnies and Easter Egg sugar cookies ornaments are super happy & springy.
I'm also thrilled to announce my Easter Egg Ornament and my Blue Bunny have been published in the Celebrate 365 Magazines 2011 Spring issue! It's a real honor to be included with many of my favorite artists! This magazine also has the most beautiful glass ornaments and folk art I've ever seen. Hop on over to Celebrate 365 and take a look see, if your an artist or a collector this magazine is a must have.
I want to wish you all a wonderful Spring! Check back soon I'm working on some clothes pin goblins I think are pretty fun.

Springy Things

I finished some Bunnies. They aren't your typical Easter Bunnies I thought it would be fun to make them brighter. The silly Easter Eggs I made last year. Having all these characters hanging around the house has been inspiring for my son. He drew the Humpty Dumpty which I'm planning to frame. I just love it!
The Bunnies & Eggs are in my Etsy Shop if you'd like to see more of them. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!
