What's in Bloom!

I know it's still Spring but it sure feels like summer here. Wishing everyone a fun and safe holiday weekend! I got my self tanner so I won't scare anyone at the lake.

Some new Wips

I've been whipping up some new Wips! I've got some apples, ghosts and cat ornaments cooking. I also decided to make a few for the 4th of July. I've got an Uncle Sam and maybe I'll do a couple stars too. I'm in full Halloween mode with all the JOL's.
I'm spending alot of time in the yard too! I also was summoned to the lake this weekend. No I'm not ready for the lake I know it's still cold. I'm going to need some self tanner because I am ghostly white right now. I don't want to scare anyone!

Magic Mushroom Friends

Strange I know! I finished another Mushman. Wishing everyone an very enchanted weekend! I'm off to play in my garden. I do have a whirligig gnome although I think need some classic gnomes in my yard.

It's never too early to Haunt your House

I was playing around with crackle finish and this is what happened. I plan on making a few more of these maybe a Witch and JOL. I was window shopping for Ghosts on Etsy and decided to make this Haunted Treasury. Happy Haunting!

Jacob's Ladder

This is a variegated form of Jacob's Ladder. A woodland plant that grows in shade to part shade. After a ton of rain it's finally sunny here. I'm planning on dividing and planting all weekend. Wishing you a wonderful weekend too!

I Won't Bite!

My fascination with spiders continues. I just finished this cross between a Black Widow and a Tarantula. Strange I know. Check her out she is hanging out in my Etsy Shop.
Spiders our are friends as long as they are outside!

A Crab Spider and Grandmother's Garden

I love spiders and crab spiders are fascinating. I captured a shot of this one waiting for lunch on my Columbine "Grandmother's Garden". I adore Columbines they self seed and humming birds love them too. I'm excited to get out and do some gardening today!

Candy Corn Ornaments

I finished these sweet fellows! I really did look around for real candy corns at the store today. Nope none available I guess that's what makes them special. These guys are now in my Etsy shop. Have a sweet treat day and a wonderful weekend everyone!

Nothing says Spring like Morel Mushrooms. To find out more check out the Michigan Morel Festival
I do not suggest anyone who does not know 100% what a Morel Mushroom is to go frolicking about picking wild mushrooms! I think everyone knows I enjoy making paper mache mushrooms. I've never made a Morel Man but I might now! Happy May Day everyone and have a magical weekend!
