Aren't they just lovely! I love everything about carving pumpkins including the guts! This year I helped my boys carve two. My oldest he carved his own. We roast some seeds and save some for planting next year. I used to hide poems and pumpkin seeds in my folk art. I should again I haven't in a while! Now I'm off to do some roasting.
