Yikes Scared Black Cat Ornament!
Hi Halloween friends! Happy September!
I just finished this scared cat. I haven't made black cats in a couple years. I really like this one so I hope to make more. Maybe I will make some for Christmas as well. I prefer the sad and scared ones they kind of reflect my life and mood.

Supersition Wine
I found this fun wine. It's a little dry for me but with a slash of juice it's perfect & refreshing. If you'd like to read more about Lucky the black cat click the label to read it or visit Supersition Wine site. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend! I plan on doing some gardening & getting outside. We've had one rainy spring like many of you. Cheers!

Glow in the Dark Halloween Graphics

I found this glow in the dark sticker sheet stuck to an old Dynamite Magazine. I tried to rescue the sheet by steaming it off. That didn't work so I thought I'd leave well enough alone. The copyright is 1977 Scholastic. I love the graphics and the combination of orange and aqua. They still glow in the dark when charged. I'm a fan of all that glows in the dark. I'm considering adding some glow to a ghost I'm working on. I also have some candy corn, cats and one creepy clown in the works.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend too!

Two Faced Black Cat

I made this Black Cat for Magical holiday Artists team Challenge. I didn't get him finished on time. Having 2 faces took twice as long. I think in this case being Two Faced is a good thing he's here if you'd like to see more of him. Now off to make some Jacks and Christmas. I know it's way to early but I'd like to get ahead this year!

A Little Witch & Black Cat

According to my 1988 Webster's Dictionary a Witch is a woman said to be endowed with black-magical powers. My little Witch is Bewitched affected by Witchcraft or Charmed. Black Cat was not in the Dictionary but Cat was. I was a little surprised by the definition! Cat: tame or wild animal of the genus Felis that's the first definition. The second yikes it actually says a spiteful woman! Can you believe! My little Black Cat is just that a Cat. A magic formula and enchantment is the meaning of Spell. So I have learned my Dictionary is way out of date! 1988 does that date me lol!
Little Witch & her Black Cat are sold Thank You!
I'll be sure to pick up an updated Dictionary!

A Few Halloween Favorites

The first pic. is of a vintage plastic pumpkin. I know they made Gurley Candles like this. We used to have Gurley Halloween Candles. If I smelled one it would bring back some strong memories. I'll have to check for some on ebay.
The next pic. is some favorite die-cuts they are not vintage. They are Beistle reprints of vintage Halloween. I have these hanging all over. The witches do tend to scare the kids.
The last shot is some older primitive wood do dads I've made. They are scarp wood painted up silly.
Have a fantastic Monday everyone!

Spooky Tree with Ghost Ornaments & Black Cat & extras

I finished the Tree. He comes with 5 ghostie ornaments and a mini black cat tree topper. I think I'll include the jol's too. The mini owl and the acorn container are extras I give with purchases. It's always nice to get a surprise when you buy something. :) Spooky Tree & ghost ornaments are now in my etsy shop.

Halloween Mini's & More Fall Fun

These are the Ghost ornaments which will hang on the Spooky Tree I'm trying to finish. The black cat will still on top of the tree. The acorn gives you an idea of the size.
The Spooky box is from Hallmark and was an early Halloween gift. I love it! It says 4
creepy sayings and my kids are spooked by it.
I keep my Winifred Witch inside which I was thrilled to win on ebay. I got her for $5.70 including shipping. Bringing back a childhood memory priceless!
The baby boo pumpkin I had to pick something ate the other one. I have mums blooming and yes that maple leaf was on the ground!
