Finding Halloween in the Grocery Store

This time of year you can find all kinds of food and snacks packaged for Halloween. Here's a few fun things I found today. Pumpkin Pals sugar cookies once a year why not. My boys like them. I don't bake much I just don't have time to make sugar cookies from scratch. Boo Berry fruit Roll-Ups is this going to turn their tongues blue? I'm not sure but I couldn't find the the cereal. Halloween Crunch it turns the milk green I find that gross but it's well liked in my house. Lastly Halloween Oreo's I didn't pick those someone snuck those in. So I was wondering if I'm the only one giving into Halloween packaging? I couldn't find the pumpkin spice coffee creamer that's one thing I actually use.

Oh yes, because you really want your Halloween for breakfast. I'm surprised, other than pumpkin ale, that there aren't a lot of Halloween beers for the adults. Maybe we want a beer with a candy corn infusion...

Candy Corn beer you might have something there! I'm not much of a breakfast eater so no green milk for me.

Where are the Little Debbie pumpkin treats? Has anyone seen them yet in the stores?

I might have to try the Halloween Crunch...I love kid's cereals!

Becca! LOL! I am cracking up at Autumn's comment - hee hee! I just bought a bunch of Halloween candy (like I NEED it), with this logic: "Well, it's packaged in a smaller amount, so I won't eat as much." Yeah, that's me, living in denial. My specialty. :) Happy weekend!! - xo Pam

I love me some Halloween Oreos. And yes...it is strictly because of the orange frosting too. Normally I could care less about oreos, and when I do eat them, I scrape out the white filling and throw it away. Yes I know...blasphemy! But because the filling is orange...well then I like them...ha! Although I still scrape 'most' of it out. :o)

I'd happily give in to Halloween packaging if I could find any! A little Halloween Cap'n Crunch surely isn't too much to ask for.

*sigh* Looks like another year of living vicariously through the grocery finds of others. :/

Target has Booberry cereal, along with Frankenberry & Count Chocula, along with the rollups.

And some Meijer stores have them too. My son lives in Grandville, and it is tradition for him to send a couple of boxes of Booberry to his "baby" sister every year. .that used to be her favorite. .it probably still is! lol And yes, she still likes the Halloween crunch too . .she is just a kid at heart!

I saw some Halloween pasta the other day, in the shape of JOL's, and they were lightly tinted orange too.

The little Debbie pumpkin treats are just now coming out, so be on the lookout for them!

And yes, I'm guilty of buying the Halloween oreos. .I manage to pass them by any other time of the year. I don't even buy the Christmas ones, with the red and green filling, but there is something SO compelling about that orange filling with that almost black cookie.

Oh! And how about instead of beer with candy corn infusion, we do it the other way around. .candy corn infused with pumpkin ale. .we could snack away, and no one would be the wiser. .until we passed out, that is! lol
