A Crab Spider and Grandmother's Garden

I love spiders and crab spiders are fascinating. I captured a shot of this one waiting for lunch on my Columbine "Grandmother's Garden". I adore Columbines they self seed and humming birds love them too. I'm excited to get out and do some gardening today!

That should be a poster--it's gorgeous and mysterious.

The photo itself is quite lovely. I'm terrified of spiders, but somehow this one looks rather cute. Perhaps not if I met it in person, but the flower covers it up nicely. :) Theresa

A gorgeous picture! The spider reminds me of Charlotte in Charlotte's Web, when she would sit and talk to Wilbur with her arms stretched out. Wishing you a wonderful week of gardening!
